About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join the Focus team. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our product ecosystem, spanning web, desktop, and mobile platforms. Your work will involve both improving existing design flows and building new ones from scratch, ensuring that Focus delivers a seamless, intuitive, and delightful experience across devices.

What You’ll Do

• Design UX/UI for desktop applications, mobile apps (iOS & Android), and the Focus website.
• Review and refine existing product design to improve usability, clarity, and aesthetics.
• Create new design flows, components, and interactions from the ground up.
• Ensure cross-device consistency and responsiveness across platforms.
• Deliver polished, production-ready design assets, wireframes, and prototypes.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in product/UX/UI design (startup or SaaS experience is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing web, desktop, and mobile app design.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Experience designing for cross-platform ecosystems (iOS, Android, Web, Desktop).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to balance creative vision with practical constraints (engineering, timelines).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
